  • How far is the Broadway Theater District from Times Square?

    New York's Theater District is located in Midtown Manhattan and stretches from West 41st to West 54th Streets, and from Sixth to Eighth Avenues. Home to 39 historic Broadway theatres, the Theater District is within the Times Square region which stretches from 42nd to 50th Streets, from Broadway to Seventh Avenue. However, it does expand a bit in every direction to Sixth and Eighth avenues to the east and west, respectively, and by 40th and 53rd streets to the south and north, respectively.
