Three Restaurants, One Address ON-SITE DINING

Right there on Park Avenue, a good meal is always close by. That too, any time of the day. The Kitano Hotel New York holds three Midtown restaurants under one roof. Each one is built around a different time of day: American fare on the lobby level, Japanese kaiseki after dark, and cocktails eighteen floors up.

Japanese Restaurant

Hakubai

Hakubai serves Japanese kaiseki cuisine on Park Avenue, a multi-course tasting menu built around seasonal flavors. An à la carte menu is also available. The menu selection features sushi, tempura, and wagyu. A bar pours sake, wine, and whiskey alongside the meal.

Rooftop Bar

Roof at 66 Park

The Roof at 66 Park is located on the 18th floor of The Kitano Hotel New York. Handcrafted cocktails are served alongside a stunning view of the Midtown skyline. The menu includes shareable bites like potstickers and wagyu cocktail franks. The bar is open Tuesday through Saturday, with a casual smart dress code.

American Restaurant

Hillside Cafe

Hillside Cafe serves breakfast and lunch on the lobby level, from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM. The menu is primarily American, with dishes like a three-egg omelette, a New York-style bagel with smoked salmon, and the Kitano Club Sandwich. The hotel describes it as a cross-cultural dining spot. It serves American cuisine in a hotel inspired by Japanese heritage.
